When you know your Bread dough doesn’t need any more flour

You know it on most of Bread dough recipes when you take a chunk of the dough and hold it in between your index finger and your thumb and the dough doesn’t stick, most of the time, works this way.

    I love this site! I just received a KitchenAid mixer for Christmas…I’m really looking forward to trying out all your recipes- keep ’em coming!

      Thank you so much. I have to say the KitchenAid Mixer might be a little scary at first but when you start seeing how much easier and tastier everything you make with it is I garantee you will be trying all kinds of new experiments in your kitchen.
