When making whipped cream on your KitchenAid Mixer

It is VERY important everything, I mean EVERYTHING is at a VERY cold temperature.

Make sure your bowl and whipping tool (attachment) have been in the freezer for a while and your heavy cream has been in the fridge.

When adding sugar, make sure you start adding it when your whipping cream is getting thicker.

If you follow this your whipping cream will be fantastic.
