NUTELLA FLAN RECIPE

December 27th, 2011

* THIS IS A RECIPE THAT YOU WONT NEED YOUR KITCHENAID MIXER, ONLY A BLENDER

INGREDIENTS:

- 5 eggs

– 2 cans of condensed milk (14 oz each)

– 1 cup of  milk

– 6 tablespoons of chocolate powder

– 1 tablespoon of margarine

– 1 container of Nutella (13 oz)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

This is super easy to make and i have to say DELICIOUS.

Preheat your oven to 400F.

Blend really well the eggs, milk, condensed milk, chocolate powder, Nutella and margarine.

Grease a flan pan with margarine or butter and sprinkle sugar all over to cover it complately sides and bottom, pour the flan mixture into this pan and reserve.

On a deep baking sheet fill it with water (this will serve as a double boiler for your flan inside the oven).

Sit your flan pan inside the deep baking sheet with water and to the oven it goes for about 1 hour and 10 min.

You need to make sure your flan pan has a lid, you cannot in ANY TIME let water or vapor inside your flan, since this will ruin the shape. And always make sure you have enough water on the baking sheet, if you need more water just make sure you boil  your water before pouring it into the baking sheet.

You will know when Its ready because it will look firm.

Wait till it cools off before taking it out of the flan pan, otherwise it will lose the shape.

You can decorate with milk chocolate shavings or even just a little chocolate syrup.

I hope you enjoy it!!!
