* If you don’t have a KitchenAid Mixer you can mash the guacamole by hand, it wont be as easy but its doable.
– 3 avocados (chopped)
– juice of 1 lime
– 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
– 1/2 cup of diced onions
– 1 hand full of fresh cilantro (chopped)
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
On your KitchenAid Mixer bowl add the chopped avocados, lime juice and salt, cover the bowl, if you don’t have the accessory you can do what I do and wrap a clean kitchen towel (your avocados are going to fly all over the place if you do not cover the bowl) on medium speed blend the avocados into a puree with the flat beater attachment, turn off the mixer and with the help of a spatula clean the sides of the bowl and start beating it again with the bowl covered on a high speed for another minute, add the garlic and onions and start the mixer again until all blended, now add the tomatoes and cilantro and the pinch of cayenne pepper and mix it on low speed until all combined.
Your easy to make Guacamole is ready.
For better results, let it cool down in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving it.
