Fresh Pasta Recipe

I used a cheap manual machine for pasta that you can find even at Ross stores. You can try doing it by hand and a roller if you cant find it.


– 16 oz of semolina

– 16 oz of all purpose flour

– 6 eggs

– tablespoons of water as needed


On your KitchenAid Mixer bowl add semolina, flour and eggs and start beating on low with the Flat beater attachment on for about 1 – 2 minutes, add tablespoons of water as needed, the pasta will be ready and have enough water whenever you hold it with your hands and it keeps its shape.

After its done wrap the pasta with plastic wrap for a few minutes.

Take 1 piece and you need to work on it with the help of the machine, I always start on number 6 about 6-7 times on the roller, folding the pasta sheet in half and passing through it again every time.

Then I roll it again on number 5 about 4 times always folding in half everytime.

Now it’s time to shape it however you like it, at this point I chose Fetuccini  and It was DELICIOUS…

Don’t forget to boil the water completely and add salt and a drip of oil in the water to cook this pasta. Since this pasta is fresh it will cook quickly for about 10 minutes and it’s done.

Add the sauce of your preference and Enjoy it.
